Frank Filopei, Esq.

Frank Filopei was born and raised in the Bronx, New York, in a tight-knit Italian immigrant family whose roots trace back to Ellis Island. His early life was deeply influenced by values of hard work and the importance of family. In 2004, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Rutgers University, and in 2008, he became the first in his family to attend law school by obtaining a Juris Doctorate from Touro Law School.

An active member of both the American Association for Justice and the New York State Bar Association, Mr. Filopei has distinguished himself in the field of personal injury law. He has been recognized as one of America’s Top 100 Personal Injury Attorneys and has received the Metro Area Rising Star accolade—a title bestowed upon no more than 2.5 percent of practicing attorneys—in 2016, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024.
